Jenelle Osborne joined NEPIRC in December 2023 as NEPIRC’s Manufacturing Ambassador Dream Team Project Coordinator. The objective of NEPIRC’s Manufacturing Ambassador Dream Team is to connect young manufacturing professionals to high school and community college students to build awareness of the viable manufacturing careers in our region. In her role as Dream Team Project Coordinator, Jenelle conducts school outreach to book in-school presentation dates, arranges Dream Team involvement in career fairs and summer youth camps and coordinates Dream Team Ambassador schedules and events.
As of March 2024, Jenelle has accepted a full-time position as NEPIRC’s Manufacturing Talent Stream Coordinator. Jenelle’s efforts will address the attraction and retention of qualified talent for our local manufacturers.
Jenelle joined NEPIRC with 10 years’ experience as a human resource professional at a world-class casino where she played an integral role leading the onboarding process, training, internal events and communications for the property. In her spare time, Jenelle participates in several fundraising efforts within her community, volunteers at her church and was selected as homeroom coordinator at her son’s school. Jenelle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and marketing from Misericordia University in 2005.
