Courtney joined NEPIRC in July 2022 as the firm’s Business Advisor who will oversee Columbia and Luzerne counties. Courtney comes to NEPIRC from Alphia where she served as Senior Order Fulfillment Analyst. Courtney also enjoyed success as Global Business Analyst and Manager for Genpact and has experience in the hospitality and food management sector. She is certified in Lean Six Sigma, holds a Six Sigma Green Belt, and is skilled in project management, process improvement, automation and change management. Courtney obtained her Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from Misericordia University.
