Hanover Township, PA (April 24, 2025): NEPIRC, a not-for-profit technical assistance firm serving manufacturers across an 11-county region, has selected Marla Hager Evans as its new President and CEO.
Hager Evans formally assumed her responsibilities in December 2025. She has been with NEPIRC for a decade, having joined as the Business Advisor for northern Luzerne County in 2016. Throughout the years, her enthusiasm for manufacturing and building strong partnerships propelled her through iterative expansions of her role, including managing larger territories, leadership responsibilities, and formalizing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
As President and CEO, Hager Evans will continue to oversee and coach NEPIRC’s Business Advisor team while guiding the organization into its next phase of transformation.
She will leverage nearly 20 years of experience in business development, sales, and account management to focus on process improvement, organizational growth, long-term sustainability, strengthening partner and stakeholder relationships, and developing responsive service lines and programs to most effectively serve NEPIRC’s clients.
