Wilkes-Barre, PA (July 2022) – To better assist manufacturers in capitalizing on growth opportunities, addressing workforce challenges and implementing new technologies, NEPIRC gladly welcomes Victoria Bradley and Courtney Deignan to its team of professionals. Both will serve as Business Advisors and be responsible for cultivating, maintaining an expanding NEPIRC’s relationships with regional manufacturing clients. 

 

Prior to joining NEPIRC, Victoria served as Director of Operations at Albireo Energy and also held positions at Summit Utility Structures, LLC, Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services, General Dynamics OTS and Pleasant Mount Welding, Inc. Her background is diverse and includes manufacturing operations, supply chain optimization, leading continuous improvement teams, change management and strategic planning. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in management and marketing from Penn State University and is working toward her MBA from the University of Scranton.  

 

Courtney comes to NEPIRC from Alphia where she served as Senior Order Fulfillment Analyst. She also enjoyed success as Global Business Analyst and Manager for Genpact and has experience in the hospitality and food management sector. Courtney is certified in Lean Six Sigma, holds a Six Sigma Green Belt, and is skilled in project management, process improvement, automation and change management. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from Misericordia University.

 

Ms. Bradley will concentrate her efforts on assisting manufacturers within Lackawanna, Monroe, Pike and Wayne counties while Ms. Deignan will reach out to industrial firms in Columbia and Luzerne counties.
