NEPIRC W.O.M.E.N. is a year-long leadership development program for women in the traditionally male-led industry of manufacturing. Blending networking, mentorship, and classroom style learning, we address challenges and skill gaps unique to women. Participants will build confidence, leadership skills, professional relationships, and a mindset that will equip them to own and elevate their career path.
This network is designed for early- to mid-career women working in manufacturing in any role who are building their leadership path and looking to grow. We’re bringing together motivated, high-potential, and growth-oriented women who want to connect, learn, share experiences, and strengthen our local manufacturing community.
