At NEPIRC, Randy serves as the Director of Technology, responsible for shaping the organization’s digital strategy and overseeing the development of its cutting-edge information systems. He leads the charge on technology decisions, ensuring that all aspects of NEPIRC’s operations are optimized for efficiency, effectiveness and security. Randy is instrumental in managing and maintaining NEPIRC’s Salesforce CRM platform. By bringing extensive experience in designing and implementing custom workflows, processes, and integrations on Salesforce, he has helped NEPIRC streamline its operations, improve productivity and achieve better business outcomes. Randy also plays a crucial role in ensuring NEPIRC’s systems and data are protected from cyber threats. With his expertise in network security, Randy has implemented robust security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection, prevention systems and encryption protocols, to safeguard NEPIRC’s digital assets. Randy also spearheads all state and federal project reporting for NEPIRC, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Additionally, Randy handles all aspects of NEPIRC’s Multimedia Sudio. He serves as both the recording engineer and video editor for the studio, responsible for capturing high-quality audio and video content, as well as editing and post-producing all footage.
Randy holds several certifications, including Certified Ethical Hacker, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Small Business Engineer and CompTIA Network+ certification.
