Liz White joined NEPIRC in June 2025 as a Leadership Consultant, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in Learning and Development and Human Resources. In her role, Liz partners closely with clients to assess organizational needs, design customized training programs, and deliver strategic guidance in the areas of leadership development, team performance, and workplace culture.
Liz holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Merchandising from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and has earned multiple leadership certifications from Cornell University, further enhancing her ability to support leaders at all levels.
