Charles Wallinger joined NEPIRC in 2025 and has more than 35 years of diverse Finance and Accounting experience specific to Governmental, Grant, and Non-Profit areas. Throughout his career, he has held roles that interacted with Boards of Directors, Administrative Management, and all levels of an organization.
Charles is a seasoned leadership and manager of an organization’s finances developing and enhancing best practices and policies. Charles brings a high level of analytical thinking to all areas of an organization focusing on the financial impact.
