Mark Morgis joined NEPIRC in 2022 as a Continuous Improvement Specialist.

Mark is responsible for classroom training, hands-on training and coaching of all elements of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques. Throughout his 40-year career, Mark has successfully learned and applied these techniques and methods through a diverse portfolio of industries resulting in improvements to efficiency, inventory, equipment maintenance, changeovers, statistical analysis, workplace organization and visual management. He continues to stay on top of the latest industry trends and technology by attending workshops and conferences concerning Industry 4.0 technologies and can help clients develop an AI strategy, as well as a sustainability strategy.

Mark started his manufacturing career after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Lehigh University. He is a member of SME and holds a design patent for webbing used in a fall protection device, such as a self-retracting lifeline. In 2000, Mark became a Lean Champion and in 2002 attained his Six Sigma Black Belt.
