Brian joined NEPIRC in 2020 as a Lean Enterprise Consultant. Prior to joining the team, Brian has spent the last 26 years working in all levels of the manufacturing sector. He specializes in process improvement and lean manufacturing in all aspects of the manufacturing supply chain. Brian has held several positions in leadership, continuous improvement, project management and engineered fabrication. He comes from a high-tech and global engineering group with $11.5B in revenue, offering products and services that enhance customer productivity, profitability and safety. His commitment to continuous improvement goes well beyond the manufacturing sector. He has been dedicated to several local non-profit boards, commissions and committees for over 15 years.

Brian holds his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in the Manufacturing Sector. In addition, he is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB), Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (SSBBP) and Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Certified in Healthcare, holds his certification for Project Management Essentials (PMEC), Emergency Response (HazCom, HAZWOPER, MERT, NARCAN) and many levels of change management implementations. He his certified under Exemplar Global for ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor (TPECS), AS9100:2016 Rev D Internal Auditor, and ISO 19011:2018 Management Systems Auditing. Having worked his way through the industrial field he has demonstrated a high proficiency for process improvement. He also has technical certifications in the electrical repair field, graphic arts and broadcast communications.

As Lean Enterprise Consultant, he brings over 26 years of experience with increasing yield, productivity, efficiency, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), safety, 5S/6S, and other lean enterprise solutions. Brian has written and vetted many standard operating procedures, current practices and environmental procedures along with workplace safety documents. He is known as a facilitator with the knowledge to improve any environment or process be it a public or private entity.
