Brian Matyjevich joined NEPIRC in 2020 as a Lean Enterprise Consultant, bringing 30 years of manufacturing and process improvement experience to drive Continuous Improvement in workplace safety. In 2024, Brian was promoted to Professional Safety Expert & Lean Specialist.
Brian’s true passion is ensuring NEPIRC’s clients implement the absolute best safety measures possible that give employees peace of mind every day. He has established and grown NEPIRC’s safety services by integrating EHS Gemba walks with his expertise in auditing, hazard identification and compliance assessments. Brian’s hands-on approach ensures safety policies are not just implemented but actively followed and improved. By bridging regulatory compliance with real-world applications, he helps companies foster a culture of safety that enhances both employee well-being and operational efficiency. A key part of this success is NEPIRC’s highly effective OSHA Alliance, which provides manufacturers with expert guidance, resources and training to strengthen workplace safety.
