His career includes leadership positions in continuous improvement, project management, and engineered fabrication, all within a high-tech global engineering group with $11.5 billion in revenue. This background has equipped him with a keen ability to enhance customer productivity, profitability, and safety. Beyond his professional endeavors, Brian is deeply committed to his community, having served on several local non-profit boards, commissions, and committees for over 20 years.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in the Manufacturing Sector. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB), Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (SSBBP), and Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Certified in Healthcare. Additionally, he holds certifications in Project Management Essentials (PMEC), Emergency Response (OSHA Authorized Instructor, HazCom, HAZWOPER, MERT, NARCAN), and various levels of change management implementations. Brian is certified under Exemplar Global for ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor (TPECS), AS9100:2016 Rev D Internal Auditor, ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management Systems Certified LEAD AUDITOR and ISO 19011:2018 Management Systems Auditing.
