Ray joined NEPIRC in 2016 as a Mechanical Engineer. He works with clients to address their unique Lean Enterprise challenges and maximize their results of Lean Enterprise implementations. His areas of specialization include Practical Problem Solving, 6S Training, Value Stream Mapping and Process Layout. He is also highly experienced in interpreting and understanding drawings and specifications to define customer needs and present innovative solutions to their unique situation.
Ray brings over 35 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer. He has a strong background in the Defense industry and has provided engineering support to multiple manufacturing locations throughout the United States.
Ray graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, Ray holds two patents from the United States Patent Trademark Office and is a certified Quality Management Systems Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and also has Internal Auditor training for AS9100D.
