Chelsey Coslett-Traver joined NEPIRC in June 2020 as the organization’s Marketing Specialist and was promoted to Manager of Marketing & Stakeholder Engagement in April 2021.
Chelsey is responsible for overseeing the organization’s marketing department and its initiatives, which include marketing strategy, marketing communication, public relations, brand awareness and positioning, mission advocacy and awareness and planning NEPIRC’s annual Manufacturing Day (MFG DAY) Best Practices Summit & Expo–the largest gathering of manufacturers and their non-manufacturing partners in Pennsylvania. All these initiatives work together to successfully connect and engage with NEPIRC’s stakeholders and the small to mid-sized manufacturers NEPIRC proudly serves. Throughout her 16-year career, Chelsey has worked with businesses and organizations of all sizes, ranging from small nonprofits to international Fortune 500 companies. She has a passion for event planning, project and account management, marketing and brand strategy, writing and proofreading and cultivating client relationships.
Chelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication, with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in advertising from Flagler College, located in St. Augustine, FL. She also obtained her brand management certificate from Cornell University in 2022, graduated from Leadership Northeast’s Amplify Women’s Leadership Certificate Program in 2022 and graduated from Leadership Northeast’s Core Program in 2024. Chelsey was recognized by the Northeast Pennsylvania Business Journal in 2023 as a Top 20 Under 40 professional.
