More than 500 unique online classes provide a broad offering of manufacturing training topics. NEPIRC recognizes that employees may climb the workforce ladder and move into a leadership position that requires a new skill set.  This series of 10 courses is designed to focus on building effective leadership and management skills.

NEPIRC works with area manufacturers to leverage resources, state grant funding, and essential training to build the workforce you need now, and in the future.

In addition, NEPIRC works with the national network, NIST Manufacturing Extension Partnership, to build the workforce development eco-system for manufacturing. This includes working to further career ladders, competitive wages and benefits, training opportunities, as well as mentorships, internships and apprenticeships.
