NEPIRC has secured a $120,000 grant to offset manufacturers’ costs associated with innovating new products, entering new markets, developing an overall marketing strategy, implementing new manufacturing technologies or performing other engagements aimed at increasing sales or growing the company.

Grant funds will reimburse manufacturers for up to 50% of consultant costs for qualified projects, up to a maximum of $5,000 per company. Participating companies may use any consultant they desire for their projects, and projects already underway may still qualify for this special subsidy.

NEPIRC is also offering free consultant selection assistance to manufacturers that would like to initiate projects to increase sales, leverage new technologies, take advantage of recent innovations or improve their top-line sales, but do not yet have a consultant to help them.

Companies that do not know where to begin their growth initiative can also utilize NEPIRC’s free assessments and no-cost initial consultations.

Manufacturers interested in taking advantage of this grant program are encouraged to contact Eric Joseph Esoda, NEPIRC’s Executive Director, at as soon as possible, as grant availability ends June 30, 2012.
