Participants are encouraged to bring their real-life professional issues to each session to facilitate on-the-job application of the skills learned. \nParticipants will come to understand how to effectively manage today’s workforce in the day-to-day operation of their respective organizations. \nOutline of Sessions:\nWeek 1: Leadership Skills for Team Leaders\, Supervisors and Managers \nWeek 2: Effective Communication Skills \nWeek 3: Conflict Management \nWeek 4: Motivation \nWeek 5: High-Performance Teams: Developing a Culture for Growth Based on Teamwork\, Trust and Transparency \nWeek 6: Change Management \nWeek 7: Creating a Respectful Workplace \nWeek 8: Performance Coaching\, Discipline and Interviewing \nSuccessful course completion and receipt of a NEPIRC completion credential requires attending a minimum of six out of the eight sessions. This ensures that participants engage comprehensively with the material and discussions\, maximizing their learning opportunities throughout the certification program. If a participant does not meet the attendance requirement\, they are eligible to attend a class at a later date.
