NEPIRC is currently accepting new companies into its 2012-2013 Process Improvement Consortium program. The current consortium consists of companies such as Air Products & Chemicals, Gentex Corporation, Tobyhanna Army Depot, Monadnock Non-Wovens LLC, General Dynamics OTS and others.

During the 2011-2012 year, members met regularly to discuss best practices with respect to Continuous Improvement, Lean Enterprise and Quality Management, but also enjoyed plant tours and membership-hosted events that focused on employee wellness programs, voice-of-the-customer initiatives, ISO 14011 and environmental programs and other topics.

In May, the Consortium will meet for a plant tour that exhibits how one company successfully addressed Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. In June, the Consortium will meet with a Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard® consultant to discuss the Balanced Scorecard ® approach to strategic planning.

Companies wanting more information about Consortium membership or interested in attending the May or June event as a “free trial” should contact Maureen Mulcahy at at their earliest convenience.
